Sushi | Bar, described as “The Best Omakase in America” is taking up residency during the evenings at Hermosa’s beloved Martha’s restaurant. This specially curated Omakase experience is comprised of a rotating menu including seasonal ingredients from both land and sea. Throughout your time at Sushi Bar, you can expect innovative riffs on traditional favorites as the chefs prepare a playful reverie on modern nigiri. This intimate experience serves a maximum of 12 guests per seating.

Because of the unique nature of the menu, substitutions and modifications are politely declined. If you or guests in your party have dietary preferences that cannot be accommodated, certain bites may be omitted. Seafood and shellfish allergies, vegetarian, or vegan accommodations unfortunately cannot be accommodated.
